When you place an order with Andrew Johnson Associates (AJA) you agree to meet and abide by these terms and conditions. We reserve the righ to amend and change them at anytime without notice, and you agree to accept such changes. 

AJA reserve the right to amend and alter the prices of the services that we provide at anytime. We may also introduce new services and stop providing services that we have provided in the past. If we remove a particular service, we accept no responsibility or liability to you in such a situation.

We reserve the right not to work with any particular client without explanation - in such a situation, we will refund all monies paid to us.

Using the services of AJA means that you are giving yourself the best possible chance of getting a job. however, we are unable to guarantee that your job search will be successful or that you will get a particular or any job.

We will discuss your order with you when we receive payment. If we believe that we are not able to help you, or that you have purchased the wrong product, we will reimburse you any monies paid to us.

We pride ourselves on providing an individual service to our clients. If you have any complex or unusual requirements, we may have to provide you with a bespoke product that is tailored to your specific needs. We will contact you to discuss this - and receive your agreement - before proceeding with any work.

At anytime during the process of drafting your cv or cover letter, or of delivering any other service we provide to you, you are unhappy with the service we provide, you must tell us, and we will gladly refund any monies you have given us. Once you have accepted the products that we have provided to you, and a final version has been delivered, you are deemed to be satisfied with our services, and you will no longer be able to claim a refund under this guarantee.

A number of our services include unlimited changes for specified periods. This is subject to a fair use policy, determined by AJA.

AJA accept no responsibility for any losses, damage or injury that you may incur as a result of using our products.

Because AJA take a highly individual approach to our work, and don't use 'templates' or formulaic solutions, we will need regular contact with you and information from you. We will agree the timetable for the work we do for you when we first speak to you. If you fail to meet any deadlines or provide requested information, we reserve the right to cancel the contract, carry out no further work for you and retain any monies you have paid to us.

Because of the individual nature of the products we provide, our services do not come within the remit, scope or coverage of the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 or any consequent legislation.

These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

We value your privacy. Any information that you give us will be viewed by us as confidential. We do not circulate information outside AJA, or sell your information or details to third parties. We do not disclose the names of clients to other organisations.
